This is a great little gem of a Pilates studio in the center of Palma. Miguel is incredibly professional, good in both English and Spanish, and very thorough. He can really adapt the classes after the needs of each person. The studio is very well created, albeit small, with lovely LED lighting, toilet and shower facilities and a changing room. The music is pleasant, and there are never more than 4 people in class. Lovely!

Due to recurring back problems, I have been doing intensive Pilates on machines in Germany since 2019. During my 6-month stay in Mallorca, I trained with Miguel twice a week. The training was tailored to me individually by Miguel. So after just 2 weeks I got rid of my back pain and was able to continue pursuing my passion of golf. Before starting, Miguel explained to me in detail what it was and how that injury affected me with the help of a skeleton and this helped me understand my body better... since then I have noticed much improvement; Although the pain is still there, it has decreased a lot and I can do more things. What I like most is their attention and care... the classes are very dynamic and fun.
